Desay SV plans to raise 4.5 billion yuan for three major projects

According to the latest prospectus (revised version), Desay SV plans to raise no more than RMB 4.5 billion through this offering, mainly for investment in the following three projects: Desay SV Automotive Electronics Midwest Base Construction Project (Phase I), Intelligent Automotive Electronics System and Components Production Project, Intelligent Computing Center and Cabin-Drive Fusion Platform R&D Project. The total investment in these projects is RMB 1.96 billion, RMB 2.912 billion and RMB 871 million respectively.
