BorgWarner Invests in Romeo Power and Forms Joint Venture

BorgWarner invested in Romeo Power in its early stages and formed a joint venture with Romeo Power in May 2019 to penetrate the North American power battery industry. This move strengthened BorgWarner's power battery system business in Europe and improved its production role in North America.
