The Hunan Sodium Energy Project will promote the development of key technologies for carbon peak and carbon neutrality

The Hunan Sodium Energy Project is committed to the research and development and manufacturing of sodium-ion battery cells, as well as providing full-scenario photovoltaic storage charging and discharging overall solutions and intelligent complete sets of products. The first phase of the project covers an area of ​​about 154.7 acres, with a total investment of about 2 billion yuan. After the project reaches full production, it will form an annual production scale of 4GWh sodium-ion battery cells and modules and 1.5GWh lithium-ion battery modules. Its products have the advantages of low cost, long life, high safety, and high energy density. They will play an important role in electricity, transportation, industry, communications, construction and other fields, and become a key technical support for promoting the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
