Enjie Co., Ltd. signed an important supply contract with Ultium Cells LLC

Enjie Co., Ltd. (002812) announced that its subsidiary SEMCORP Hungary Kft. has signed a material supply contract with Ultium Cells LLC. According to the contract, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, Ultium Cells LLC will purchase no more than US$66.25 million of lithium battery separators from SEMCORP Hungary Kft. Ultium Cells LLC is a joint venture jointly invested by LG Chem and General Motors, focusing on the production and manufacturing of lithium batteries for electric vehicles.
