Zhongxing New Materials withdraws its IPO application and the listing process is terminated

ZTE New Materials originally planned to raise 1.3 billion yuan through IPO and applied for acceptance on March 30, 2023. However, in September 2023, ZTE New Materials and its sponsor withdrew its application for issuance and listing and revoked its sponsorship. Therefore, ZTE New Materials' listing process has been terminated and the company has not been successfully listed.
