UK RF-GaN industry welcomes new opportunities, ORanGaN project accelerates local development

Funded by the UK Department of Science, Innovation and Technology, the ORanGaN project is committed to promoting the development of the UK RF-GaN industry. The project brings together the resources of INEX Microtechnology, Custom Interconnect Ltd, Viper RF and the Compound Semiconductor Application Catapult Center (CSA Catapult) to jointly develop and produce local RF-GaN products. This will help enhance the UK's position in the global 5G technology field and inject new impetus into economic growth.
