Honda and Nissan also signed a memorandum of understanding with Mitsubishi Motors today to explore the possibility of Mitsubishi joining and cooperating. According to the memorandum of understanding, the new holding company established by Honda Motor and Nissan Motor will be listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and Honda Motor and Nissan Motor will each be privatized in August 2026.
