Wolfspeed adjusts silicon carbide business goals

Wolfspeed originally planned to achieve $1.5 billion in revenue in fiscal 2024, but the delay in the production plan of the 8-inch silicon carbide device factory in Mohawk Valley affected revenue and gross profit margin for several quarters. Device revenue is expected to exceed $400 million in 2023.
