Infineon's silicon carbide business revenue performance is strong

Infineon's silicon carbide business revenue in fiscal 2023 is about 500 million euros, mainly from production activities in Germany. With the commissioning of the 8-inch silicon carbide wafer factory in Malaysia, revenue is expected to reach 7 billion euros in fiscal 2030.
