Jita Semiconductor deploys SiC production line to expand production capacity

Since 2020, Jita Semiconductor has begun to deploy industry-leading 6-inch SiC production lines, which currently cover products such as JBS and MOSFET. The company invested in the second phase of the project in Shanghai Lingang, and it is expected to increase fixed asset investment by more than 26 billion yuan to increase production capacity. It is expected that by 2025, Jita Semiconductor's production capacity will reach 300,000 8-inch equivalent wafers.
