Anjian Semiconductor completed its B round of financing, raising funds for product development and factory construction

Anjian Semiconductor was established in July 2021 and is a company focusing on the research and development and production of semiconductor power devices. In less than three years since its establishment, Anjian Semiconductor has successfully completed three rounds of financing, including a RMB 180 million Series B financing in March 2022. Investors in the Series B financing include Beyond Moore Investment, Hongding Capital, Longding Investment, Lianhe Capital, Junsheng Investment, Jinjiancheng Investment, Universal Gravitational Capital and many other institutions. The funds raised will be mainly used for the development of a full range of high and low voltage MOS and IGBT products, SiC device development and the construction of an IGBT module packaging and testing plant.
