ON Semiconductor's silicon carbide business is growing rapidly

ON Semiconductor's sales of silicon carbide single tubes, dies and modules are expected to exceed US$1 billion, a nearly five-fold increase year-on-year. ON Semiconductor's goal is to achieve US$2 billion in silicon carbide device revenue by 2025.
