ROHM's silicon carbide business is growing strongly, and revenue is expected to double in 2027

Rohm's silicon carbide business shows strong growth potential, with revenue expected to increase from 110 billion yen to 130 billion yen by fiscal 2025 and double to 270 billion yen by fiscal 2027. To achieve this goal, the company plans to invest 510 billion yen over the next seven years to increase silicon carbide production capacity 5.5 times compared to 2021.
