Infineon increases investment in silicon carbide wafer production capacity

Infineon Technologies produces 8-inch silicon carbide wafer samples at its Villach plant in Austria, steadily increasing wafer size and production capacity. The company invested 5 billion euros in its Kulim plant in Malaysia, which is expected to generate approximately 7 billion euros in revenue in 2023.
