STMicroelectronics reaches supply agreements with multiple OEMs to strengthen its position in the SiC device market

STMicroelectronics has shipped more than 100 million automotive-grade silicon carbide devices and has reached supply agreements with 20 OEMs. In addition, the company has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Xinrui Technology to jointly develop an on-board charger (OBC) platform solution and promote silicon carbide MOSFET to the field of electric vehicles and charging piles.
