Company CEO Dr. Chen Yuzhong said that they have made significant technological breakthroughs in the field of SiC wafer defect detection and have successfully developed a variety of special equipment to solve the problem of non-destructive detection of dislocation defects on SiC substrates. Currently, their DiSpec series of testing equipment has been implemented and has begun shipping to international and domestic leading customers. In the future, the company will use this round of financing to continue to increase investment in research and development, promote the application of SiC wafer defect detection technology and perovskite photovoltaic panel detection technology, and achieve the goal of mass shipments.
