A-Spectrum completed nearly 100 million yuan in Pre-A round of financing and is committed to the research and development of SiC wafer defect detection technology

Recently, Chuangrui Spectrum announced that it had completed a Pre-A round of financing of nearly 100 million yuan, led by Lightspeed Photosynthesis and followed by Legend Capital. The funds from this round of financing will be mainly invested in technology research and development and capacity expansion. Dr. Chen Yuzhong, CEO of Chuangrui Spectrum, said that the company has made major technological breakthroughs in SiC wafer defect detection and has developed a variety of special equipment, including substrate/epitaxial dislocation defect non-destructive detection, point defect detection, high-speed carrier lifetime detection, etc. The introduction of these equipment has solved the problem of non-destructive detection of SiC substrate dislocation defects. At present, the company's DiSpec series of detection equipment has been implemented and has begun to be shipped to international and domestic leading customers. After this round of financing, Chuangrui Spectrum will continue to increase its R&D investment, promote the market introduction of various industrial detection products such as SiC wafer defect detection and perovskite photovoltaic panel detection, and achieve the goal of mass shipment.
