Cree and Erliu rank first in silicon carbide substrate production capacity, and domestic companies are catching up

Currently, Cree and 26 rank first and second in the global silicon carbide substrate production capacity respectively. However, domestic companies such as Tianke, Tianyue and Shuoke have begun to catch up, with actual shipments exceeding 150,000 pieces and production capacity plans of more than 300,000 pieces in 2024.
