Performance comparison of SiC inverter and IGBT in 25kW motor drive

In a 25kW motor drive, using a SiC-based inverter can improve efficiency by 1.3% compared to an IGBT-based inverter. At the same time, the size of the SiC inverter module is 77% smaller than that of the IGBT module.
