Application and advantages of semi-bridgeless totem pole PFC

Redesigning with a semi-bridgeless totem-pole PFC, using this topology at the PFC stage can improve efficiency by 1.0% compared to the existing circuit. If the inverter stage is upgraded to SiC MOSFETs, the efficiency can be improved by another 0.4%, a total efficiency improvement of 1.4% can be achieved.
