Major shareholder structure of Tianyu Semiconductor

The shareholder structure of Tianyu Semiconductor before its listing disclosed in the prospectus shows that Mr. Li Xiguang directly holds 29.0522% of the shares, and controls employee shareholding platforms Dinghong Investment, Runsheng Investment, and Wanghe Investment, holding 5.5822%, 3.1898%, and 2.3267% of the shares respectively. Mr. Ouyang Zhong directly holds 18.2067% of the shares, and is a person acting in concert with Mr. Li, holding a total of approximately 58.36% of the shares. In addition, Huawei holds 6.5673% of the shares through Hubble Technology, and BYD holds 1.5039% of the shares.
