Nvidia upgrades high-performance switches to boost demand for hybrid bonding equipment

Nvidia plans to upgrade its high-performance switch to Quantum-3/X800 next year, which will use co-packaged optics. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo believes that this will drive strong demand for hybrid bonding advanced packaging equipment, which will benefit BE Semiconductor across the board.
