Intel sells 20% of IMS stake to Bain Capital

In June 2023, Intel sold its 20% stake in IMS to Bain Capital, and three months later, Intel announced that it would sell an additional 10% of its IMS stake to TSMC. IMS is said to be valued at approximately $4.3 billion.
