Xiaomi Motors announces battery supplier and range

Xiaomi Motors recently announced its battery suppliers and range information. The company will purchase batteries from CATL and BYD. CATL provides cells and packs, with a power of 101kWh and a battery pack energy density of about 156Wh/kg; BYD supplies lithium iron phosphate blade batteries, with a power of 73.6kWh and an energy density of about 127Wh/kg.
