Recently, Hefei Century Golden Core Semiconductor Co., Ltd. established a new production base in Inner Mongolia, which focuses on the production of SiC single crystal substrates. The total investment of the project is RMB 3.5 billion, and the annual output is expected to be 700,000 pieces. The construction of the new factory will help improve the transformation of old and new kinetic energy and the level of strategic emerging industries in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Baotou City.
