CATL plans to reduce its stake in Yongfu

On December 20, Yongfu Shares (300712.SZ) announced that its shareholder CATL plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 5.5618 million shares between January 14, 2025 and April 13, 2025. CATL currently holds 14.5679 million shares of Yongfu Shares, accounting for 7.77% of the company's total share capital, and 7.86% of the company's total share capital after excluding the number of shares in the company's latest disclosed repurchase special account. Yongfu Shares stated that this reduction plan is a normal reduction behavior of CATL based on normal investment arrangements and fund management needs, and will not affect the business cooperation between the two parties.
