Century Golden Core's 6-inch silicon carbide single crystal substrate project went into production

On September 9, 2022, Century Golden Core's annual production of 30,000 6-inch silicon carbide single crystal substrates project was officially put into production in Hefei. The 6-inch crystal yield reached more than 92%, and the overall product yield reached about 65%.
