Taiwan-based silicon carbide manufacturers Epistar and Chiptech face increasing revenue pressure

Affected by the rapid expansion of silicon carbide production capacity in mainland China, the revenue of Taiwan-based silicon carbide manufacturers Epistar and Chia-Chien began to feel pressure. Epistar's revenue in 2023 is 7.08 billion yuan, down about 20% from 2022, and Chia-Chien's revenue in 2023 is 4.237 billion yuan, down 28% from the same period in 2022.
