Synopsys confident in acquisition of Ansys

Despite facing regulatory scrutiny, Synopsys remains optimistic about its acquisition of Ansys and expects the transaction to be completed in the first half of 2025. Through this acquisition, Synopsys hopes to provide system design solutions that deeply integrate EDA and simulation analysis to help design users verify product performance and power consumption and reduce project risks.
