Synopsys proposes alternative commitments to address CMA concerns

In response to the possible concerns of the CMA, Synopsys proposed to sell its optics and photonics business to Keysight Technologies in order to obtain approval from the antitrust authorities. In addition, Synopsys is also considering divesting Ansys' RTL power analysis business PowerArtist. Synopsys said that they are taking relevant measures to address all concerns of the CMA and will maintain constructive communication with the CMA.
