Shangtai Technology signed a cooperation agreement with CATL to supply ST-10 or ST-22T products

Shangtai Technology and CATL have signed a Development Agreement and a Supplemental Agreement thereon. According to these agreements, Shangtai Technology can supply, distribute, sell, and resell products such as ST-10 or ST-22T to any third party, but the amount shall not exceed 30% of the cumulative purchases made by CATL from Shangtai Technology.
