The number of battery recycling companies in my country continues to grow

According to Qichacha data, the number of registered battery recycling companies in my country has increased year by year in the past decade. In 2021, the number of registered companies surged 300.0% year-on-year to 27,400, reaching the peak growth rate of registrations in the past decade. In 2023, the number of registered companies reached 46,200, setting a new high in the past decade. At present, there are 162,000 existing battery recycling companies in my country, of which the largest number is in the wholesale and retail industries, accounting for 46.7%.
