CATL launches new lithium iron soft pack battery

In its 2023 annual report, CATL announced the launch of a new type of iron-lithium soft-pack battery. These batteries have an energy density of 140-190Wh/kg, a rate performance of 0.5C-6C, and a cycle life of 1,000-15,000 times. These batteries are mainly used in the energy storage field, including portable energy storage, home storage, industrial and commercial energy storage, and UPS.
