Tudatong plans to go public through a backdoor listing in Hong Kong SPAC

Seyond, a domestic automotive lidar company, plans to merge its business with Hong Kong SPAC company TechStar Acquisition Corporation and then go public on the Hong Kong stock market through a backdoor listing.
