Ming-Chi Kuo predicts Nvidia's next-generation AI chip R100

TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicts that Nvidia's next-generation AI chip R100 will go into mass production in the fourth quarter of next year, using TSMC's N3 process and CoWoS-L packaging, and is expected to be equipped with eight HBM4 chips.
