German court issues injunction to Lenovo

Recently, a German court announced an injunction against Lenovo for infringing InterDigital's 4G and 5G equipment patents. InterDigital hopes to reach an agreement with Lenovo on a fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory (FRAND) basis. Lenovo may face difficulties in selling 4G and 5G equipment in Germany.
