Lenovo to pay InterDigital $138.7 million in one lump sum

The High Court in London, UK, ruled that Lenovo should pay InterDigital a one-time payment of $138.7 million for devices based on the relevant patents sold between 2007 and the end of 2023. The fee was calculated based on a licensing rate of $0.175 per device.
