300mm wafer prices hit a new high in the fourth quarter of 2023

According to analyst Dan Nystedt, the average price of 300mm wafers in the fourth quarter of 2023 was $6,611, a record high and up 22% from a year ago. Although TSMC's shipments fell to 2.957 million units in the quarter, the price increase kept its revenue stable.
