TSMC does not need to use High-NA EUV technology to produce A16 process chips

TSMC said that because AI chip companies are eager to optimize their designs to fully utilize the performance of their processes, TSMC believes that it is not necessary to use ASML's latest High-NA EUV technology to produce A16 process chips. In addition, TSMC also demonstrated the super rail power supply technology that will be enabled in 2026, which can supply power from the back of the chip, helping to accelerate the operation of AI chips.
