IGBT and silicon carbide production capacity construction progress

Times Electric is actively promoting the construction of IGBT and silicon carbide production capacity. Equipment has begun to enter the Yixing plant, and trial production is expected to begin in the second half of the year. At the same time, the 6-inch silicon carbide production line has been officially put into operation, and the construction of the Zhuzhou Phase III production line is also in progress.
