Intel uses Foveros 3D technology to build multiple processors and GPUs

Intel is using its Foveros 3D technology to build a variety of processors and GPUs, including its Core Ultra "Meteor Lake" processors for client applications and its Ponte Vecchio GPUs for artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC).
