Egis announced that it will acquire IP factory Qianzhan Technology for NT$4.7 billion to enhance its layout in the field of advanced process IP. Qianzhan Technology is an IP company focusing on the design and development of advanced processes from 3 nanometers, 5 nanometers, and 7 nanometers, high speed transmission interface (High Speed ​​Interface), standard component intellectual property (Foundation IP) and special IO. Egis stated that this acquisition will help it build an end-to-end IP/ASIC platform with advanced processes and provide customers with more complete integration solutions.
