The State Administration for Market Regulation announced the acquisition of shares of TD Tech by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Hi-Tech Investment Group Co., Ltd. Before the transaction, Huawei and Nokia held 49% and 51% of the shares of TD Tech, respectively.
