There are still plans to expand power semiconductor production this year

Times Electric plans to complete equipment installation and start trial production at the Yixing production line. After full production, the annual production capacity will reach 360,000 pieces of medium and low voltage component substrates. In addition, the company has completed the upgrade of the 6-inch 25,000-piece silicon carbide production line by the end of 2023. This year, the main source of revenue for the semiconductor business is still bipolar devices and IGBTs.
