TSMC's 3nm process node revenue share increased, and N3E process is about to go into mass production

TSMC's 3nm process node will account for about 6% of revenue in the third quarter of 2023. As monthly production capacity gradually increases to 100,000 wafers, it is expected to contribute even more to revenue in 2024. Following N3B, the better-performing N3E will begin mass production in the fourth quarter of 2023. In addition, the N3P and N3X processes will also meet the needs of various customers.
