ASML's lithography machine license was partially revoked

The Dutch government recently partially revoked ASML's NXT:2050i and NXT:2100i lithography machines' shipping licenses in 2023, which will have an impact on individual customers in China. The U.S. government clarified the scope of application of export controls, restricting the shipment of mid- to high-end DUV immersion lithography machines.
