On December 20, Guangzhou Qinglan Times Semiconductor Co., Ltd. held a delivery ceremony for the 120,000th IGBT product. The company was jointly established by GAC Parts Co., Ltd. and Zhuzhou CRRC Times Semiconductor Co., Ltd. It mainly produces power semiconductor IGBTs for new energy vehicles, and its total production capacity is expected to reach 800,000 units per year in 2025.
