Inventory impairment of Xinjie Energy and IGBT product sales forecast

In the fourth quarter, New Clean Energy made a large provision for inventory impairment, mainly related to IGBT products. IGBT products experienced a peak in the first quarter of last year, but performed weakly in the following quarters. As inventory reached a historical high in the third quarter, IGBT inventory was still high despite good sales in the fourth quarter.
