Luxshare Precision to acquire some of Qorvo's Chinese factories

Wireless connectivity chipmaker Qorvo said it has reached a definitive agreement to sell its assembly and testing facilities in Beijing, China, and Texas to contract manufacturer Luxshare Precision Industries.
