Coherent builds 6-inch InP wafer production capacity in the U.S. and Sweden

In order to reduce costs and increase production capacity, Coherent has built 6-inch InP wafer production capacity in its wafer fabs in Sherman County, Texas, USA and Järfälla, Sweden. This will bring more possibilities to the fields of optical communications, data communication transceivers, AI smart interconnection, etc.
